Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan and his MBA at Michigan State University, Lansing Michigan.  Steve has 25 years experience as Financial Planner and has been married to the same wonderful lady for 33 years.

    Mr. Tally earned a BBA from the University of North Texas.  He is a principal and Chief Executive Officer of BFT. For eleven years, Mr. Tally has directed the research and due diligence of the custodial platforms utilized through BFT. Duties also include product research and modeling for client accounts.

    Mr. Tally is a principal and co-founder of BFT and a Certified Financial Planner. Serving as director of asset management for BFT and as a professional asset manager.  Mr. Tally has been licensed for over 17 years.
  • SAM A. KAYEM, director of marketing
    Mr. Kayem earned a B.A. degree from Texas Tech University.  He is Director of Marketing and Personnel Development.  Mr. Kayem’s background consists of 29 years as a financial advisor, branch manager and training coordinator with UBS Paine Webber Financial Services.  Mr. Kayem is also a member of FINRA Dispute Resolution Board of Arbitrators.

    Mr. Schultz earned his B.B.A. from Baylor University.  He is a principal and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).   His duties include Director of Third Party Investment Advisor services and participating member of the investment committee.  Mr. Schultz has been licensed for 16 years.

    travis Travis graduated from Abilene Christian University with B.B.A. in Financial Management in 2007.  He has been licensed for 5 years.  Travis is a Financial Planner with BFT.  He has been married for 6 years and has a newborn daughter.
  • JENOVA GREEN
    caitlin Ms. Green received a degree in Business/Finance from McMurry University in Abilene, Texas. She joined BFT in 2008 and handles all Broker Dealer Services.
  • CAITLIN McMINN
    caitlin Ms. McMinn earned a BS from The University of North Texas. Her degree specializes in Organization Behavioral Management. She is in charge of our Client Relations and Reconciliations at the firm. She joined BFT in 2008.
